Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the Practice Principal and Directors.
- Develop new markets and expand the international portfolio.
- Strengthen collaboration between urbanism and architectural units.
- Manage large, complex projects and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior team members and drive industry innovation.
Key Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the Middle Eastern market and planning processes.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.

- Ability to sketch and communicate masterplan concepts creatively.
