My client, a forward-thinking architectural practice, is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional to work on residential and commercial projects
, including large-scale developments.
The Role
You will play a key role in technical design delivery, working across multiple projects and stages. The role requires strong coordination with project teams, excellent client-facing abilities, and the capacity to lead and support junior staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver detailed technical design solutions for residential and commercial projects
- Work closely with project teams to produce drawings, specifications, and construction information
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, standards, and statutory requirements
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong professional relationships
- Support junior staff and contribute to team development
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and wider project stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technician in a UK-based architecture practice
- Proven experience on residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with large-scale projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client-facing experience essential
- Ability to lead and mentor within a team environment
