The Role:
We are currently seeking an Architectural Technologist, Technician, or a Project Architect with a minimum of 5+ years of experience working on cultural, historic, and/or listed buildings. As a vital member of their team, you will play a pivotal role in the preservation and restoration of these iconic structures. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including design, technical documentation, client interactions, on-site supervision, and creating comprehensive drawing packs.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in architectural technology or project architecture
- Proven design skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Enthusiasm and expertise in conservation architecture
- Experience creating detailed drawing packs and liaising with clients
- Hands-on on-site experience
- Strong communication and project management abilities
