The Role
You will play a key role in the technical design and delivery of data centre and mission critical projects across all RIBA stages. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support senior architects, senior technologists and engineers to ensure high-quality, coordinated project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the technical design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
- Producing detailed drawing packages and technical information in Revit
- Developing construction details and technical specifications
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and buildability
- Supporting planning, technical design and construction phases
- Contributing to problem-solving and technical development on complex, serviced buildings
About You
- Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
- Up to 5 years’ experience within an architectural practice
- Experience on data centre, mission critical, industrial, laboratory or other complex technical projects is highly desirable
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, detailing and building regulations
- Confident and efficient in Revit (essential)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-focused and keen to progress your career
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
