Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation for residential schemes.
- Work across a range of sectors including education, mixed-use, healthcare, sports facilities, and offices.
- Collaborate with architects and other design professionals to ensure project success.
- Ensure drawings meet building regulations and industry standards.
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proficiency in Revit and/or Vectorworks.
- Extensive experience working on residential projects.
- Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
