Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical solutions and ensure project delivery to a high standard on-site.
- Collaboration: Work alongside architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects that align with client expectations.
- Surveying and Feasibility: Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence on design and construction information.
- Drawing and Documentation: Prepare detailed working drawing packages in Revit and participate in face-to-face client meetings to discuss project progress and requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills and proficiency in Revit are essential.
- Experience: At least 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Collaborative Attitude: An enthusiastic, team-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for embracing innovative and new thinking.
