As an Architectural Technologist, you will collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to bring our clients' visions to life while ensuring excellence on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to realise client visions, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered.
- Conduct surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and due diligence of design and construction information.
- Prepare comprehensive working drawing packages in Revit.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification industry experience.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong technical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with RIBA work stages 4-6.
- Enthusiastic attitude and collaborative approach, with a passion for innovation.
- Experience working on Residential, Education and Commercial projects
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
