Your Role:
The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to realise the client’s vision whilst ensuring that solutions are delivered to a high standard on site. You will work alongside architects, consultants and contractors, and with excellent technical and construction knowledge you will carry out surveys, feasibility studies, risk assessments and due diligence of design and construction information together with preparing working drawing packages in Revit and attending face to face client meetings.
The right candidate will have-
- Strong technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- 2+ years post qualification experience
- Attention to detail and be an innovative thinker
- Excellent written, presentation, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- An enthusiastic attitude and a collaborative approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience and knowledge of sustainable development best practice is desirable.
