A highly regarded London architectural practice is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician to join its collaborative studio in SE1.
Working on a portfolio of bespoke, high-end residential projects, you'll play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes, focusing on RIBA Stages 3–5. This is an excellent opportunity to join a design-led team that prides itself on producing exceptional residential architecture.
The Role
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using ArchiCAD.
- Develop and coordinate technical information throughout RIBA Stages 3–5.
- Liaise closely with architects, consultants and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Contribute to the technical resolution of complex, high-quality residential schemes.
- Work collaboratively within a close-knit studio environment.
About You
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK architectural practice.
- Highly proficient in ArchiCAD – this is essential.
- Strong technical detailing skills with experience delivering high-end residential projects.
- Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Able to work from the studio in London SE1 as part of an office-based team.
