Candidates must have between 3-10 years of experience in NYC Healthcare.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in surveying existing healthcare environments and conducting code research, specifically related to NYS building codes and FGI Guidelines for Hospitals and Outpatient facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive surveys of existing healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of NYS building codes and FGI Guidelines.
  • Lead the production of architectural drawings, from schematic design to construction documents.
  • Collaborate effectively with the project team and clients to ensure the delivery of complete, well-coordinated, and client-focused working drawings.
  • Coordinate architectural drawings with other professional consultants on the project.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
