We are currently working with a well-regarded London architecture studio that is looking to appoint an Architectural Assistant with strong experience in high-end residential projects.
The studio is involved in the design and delivery of prestigious residential and hospitality schemes, many located in prime central London. They are seeking someone who enjoys working across multiple stages and who is confident contributing both creatively and technically within a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will support the development of projects from early design through to detailed technical packages. You will assist in preparing concept designs, planning documentation and construction information, while coordinating with consultants and supporting the delivery of projects on site.
This role would suit an Architectural Assistant who is confident working on high-end residential schemes and enjoys being involved across the full project lifecycle.
Key requirements
• Strong experience working on high-end residential projects
• Excellent design and presentation skills
• Experience producing planning and technical drawing packages
• Confident selecting and specifying materials and finishes
• Experience coordinating with consultants and wider project teams
• Proficiency in Vectorworks
• Well organised with strong communication skills
