- Professional Qualifications : ARB registered, RIBA Part III preferred.
- Experience : 3-5 years post-qualification with at least 2 years in the education sector, including direct client interaction from project inception and experience working with contractors.
- Technical Skills : Proficient in Revit, tech-savvy, with a good understanding of BIM.
- Design Skills : Exceptional design abilities with thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
- Technical Judgment : Experience in applying technical judgment to ensure project compliance with design standards.
- Project Management : Proven track record of successful project management, team leadership, and running projects.
- Legal Knowledge : Familiarity with contracts, regulations, codes, etc.
- Commercial Awareness : Ability to promote the practice, generate new business, and maintain good client relations.
- Leadership : Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working autonomously.
- Strategic Outlook : Ability to anticipate problems, weigh options, and plan execution with contingencies.
- Multi-tasking : Capable of handling multiple priorities, problem-solving, and maintaining quality and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
