Architect / Project Architect – London
My client is looking for an experienced Architect / Project Architect with 3+ years’ post-qualification experience to join their established London team.
This is a great opportunity for an Architect with strong design, technical and project-running experience who is confident taking projects through the full lifecycle and coordinating clients, consultants and wider project teams.
What They’re Looking For
- ARB registered Architect with 3+ years’ post-Part 3 experience
- Previous experience leading and delivering projects
- Strong Revit skills; NBS Chorus experience advantageous
- Experience across all RIBA stages
- Strong design ability combined with excellent technical and construction knowledge
- Experience with traditional and Design & Build procurement
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, contracts and relevant legislation
- Confident managing clients, consultants and project teams
- Strong communication, leadership and commercial awareness
