Architect / Project Manager - New York - Up to $120k
Location: New York City | Full-Time | Hybrid Eligible

With more than $250 million in active construction across multiple complex projects, they are entering an exciting phase of growth.
Seeking an accomplished leader with 10+ years of experience — ideally with deep expertise in renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures — to oversee sophisticated, multi-building initiatives. This includes two major campuses currently under construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all project phases for a range of building types and scales — from interior renovations to large campus overhauls with sustainability upgrades.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and construction teams, in collaboration with firm leadership.
- Oversee design intent throughout the life of the project, including any revisions, addenda, and amendments.
- Lead construction administration tasks, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, site visits, and responding to existing condition discoveries.
- Direct and mentor project teams throughout construction, ensuring quality, coordination, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in building rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and renovation — including exteriors, interiors, and full site updates.
- Multi-family residential experience preferred.
- Proven experience in construction documentation and administration.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- 5+ years working in Revit required.
- Knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations preferred.
- Experience with NYC public agencies (e.g., NYCHA, HPD) a plus.
- Familiarity with historic preservation and work involving the Landmarks Preservation Commission is beneficial.
- Passion for sustainable and resilient design practices; LEED or Passive House credentials a plus.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution required.
- U.S. architectural license preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
