We are seeking an experienced and talented Architect or Technologist with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience for bespoke private residential projects.
Key Requirements:
- Solid experience in traditional technical residential detailing.
- Ability to deliver projects across all RIBA stages with strong construction detailing and regulation knowledge.
- Capable of working independently and as part of multi-agency teams.
- ArchiCAD experience is a plus (training provided).
- Strong design ability, excellent communication skills, and a practical problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, and construction types.
