Commercial Office Projects Recently Qualified Part 3 – 8 Years’ PQE
Our client is an AJ100 architectural practice with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial office schemes across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Part 3 Architect through to someone with up to 8 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career on a varied portfolio of commercial office projects, including both retrofit and new build developments.
The successful Architect will ideally have well-rounded experience across all RIBA stages, with particular strength in technical delivery across Stages 3–5.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across a range of commercial office projects from concept through to completion
- Produce detailed technical packages and construction information
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and wider project teams
- Support project delivery across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Utilise Revit daily for project design and documentation
- Assist in client meetings and project coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical and design standard
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Recently qualified Part 3 Architect up to 8 years’ PQE
- Strong Revit proficiency with previous practical experience using Revit in a UK practice
- Experience working on UK-based projects
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Ideally ARB registered Experience within commercial office projects, including retrofit and/or new build schemes
- Strong technical ability, particularly across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
