Architect / Part III Architect – Hybrid (UK)

My client, a highly respected architectural practice, is seeking a talented Part III Architect / Architect to join their growing team in a hybrid role (3 days office / 2 days home).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of large-scale, complex projects across industrial, commercial, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, aviation, and data centre sectors. You will be joining a forward-thinking practice known for delivering high-profile schemes from concept through to completion.
The role offers genuine exposure across all stages of design and delivery, with the chance to contribute to technically challenging and design-led projects at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to projects from concept through to completion
- Develop innovative, practical design solutions for large-scale developments
- Produce and manage high-quality technical information using Revit
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
- Work independently while contributing effectively within a wider team
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Support both design development and technical delivery stages
Requirements
- Part III qualified Architect (or equivalent experience)
- ARB registration preferred (not essential)
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Strong experience across large-scale sectors such as industrial, commercial, logistics, healthcare, aviation, hospitality, or data centres
- Experience across both concept design and technical delivery stages
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and collaboratively within a team
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
