Architect – Delivery Stage

My client is an international architectural practice seeking a talented Architect with strong delivery stage experience to join their London team.
The role will involve working across a range of residential and commercial projects at varying scales, with work spanning both UK and international markets. This is an opportunity to contribute to a design-led practice known for delivering high-quality, transformative architecture across multiple typologies.
The successful candidate will have strong experience across all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on technical delivery, coordination, and project execution. You will be confident managing design development through to construction, with excellent Revit skills essential. Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite is also desirable.
You should be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver projects across all RIBA stages, with focus on technical and delivery phases
- Produce and coordinate high-quality design and technical information in Revit
- Support project management and delivery on complex international schemes
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Contribute to design development and problem-solving throughout projects
- Maintain high standards of quality, detail, and coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong portfolio in residential and commercial architecture
- Proven experience across all RIBA stages, particularly delivery
- Excellent Revit skills (essential)
- Good working knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite (desirable)
- Strong technical design and project management ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
