Key Requirements
- Registered Architect (RIAI or eligible)
- 3+ years post-Part 3 experience
- Strong Revit skills (essential)
- Experience on large-scale projects (any sector)
- Willingness to work on data centre schemes
- Strong technical and on-site delivery experience
- Able to lead teams and liaise with clients and contractors
- Own transport required for regular site visits
- Solid knowledge of Irish Building Regs and BCAR
