We are recruiting on behalf of an esteemed international architectural practice seeking an Architect or Senior Architect to join their London studio.
The Role:
This position focuses on the detailed design and delivery phases of large-scale residential schemes. The successful candidate will bring strong technical detailing skills and solid Revit proficiency to deliver complex projects through construction. This is an office-based role, located in London on the Elizabeth Line, where you’ll work closely with the team to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead and manage stages 4-5 of large-scale residential projects.
- Develop technical details and oversee construction documentation with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Utilise Revit to produce high-standard technical drawings and coordinate with construction teams.
About You:
- ARB-registered Architect (or international equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years+ of post-qualified experience.
- Strong technical detailing skills, with proven experience in residential project delivery at construction stages.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, with a solid understanding of BIM processes.
- Previous experience on large-scale residential schemes is highly desirable.
