Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare drawings, develop designs, models, images, and other documents across all RIBA stages.
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure design and technical documentation meet project requirements.
- Utilise your strong design ability to create innovative and detailed designs.
- Demonstrate excellent graphic skills and 3D design ability, including rendering competencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience post Part 3 qualification, with experience across all RIBA stages, particularly stages 2, 3, and 4.
- Strong design ability, including experience in detail and technical design and delivery.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Essential skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team player with experience in small/medium architectural practices specializing in residential or other high-specification bespoke projects (e.g., hotels, heritage).
