- BA or MA in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in BIM Coordination/Management and confident leading a team
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working across RIBA stages 0-7.
- Experience working on Retail/Commercial projects

Upon joining the practice, you will be leading and mentoring a team of designers to ensure the technical development of projects, and delivery of design information on time and within budget, as appropriate. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and brief and develop innovative and unique design concepts that align with project goals.
