Architect / Architectural Technologist – High-End Residential & Conservation
My client is looking for an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist
to join their team, working on a portfolio of bespoke private residential, heritage and conservation projects
across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual with experience delivering high-quality residential schemes and an interest in t raditional, classical and conservation
architecture.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years’ qualified professional experience
- Strong experience within private residential, heritage and/or conservation architecture
- Excellent knowledge of traditional construction and technical detailing
- Experience across all RIBA stages
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning and construction
- Experience working with historic, listed or sensitive buildings would be advantageous
- Confident coordinating with clients, consultants and wider project teams
- Strong design ability and excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- ArchiCAD advantageous but not essential – training can be provided
Previous classical architecture experience is not essential
, providing you have a genuine interest in this style of work.
