Requirements:
- Qualified Architect
or Architectural Technologist
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Proven experience leading design and technical teams through construction stages
- Ability to collaborate with multiple project stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and influence decision-making
- Strong experience in large residential/commercial projects
preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth technical knowledge of building construction
and strong technical design skills
- Hands-on experience managing projects through the RIAI stages
- Full proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
- Experience working in teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
