About the Practice:
With a strong reputation across large-scale commercial, industrial and mission critical environments, the practice delivers high performance, technically robust projects across all RIBA stages.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a respected 70-strong team on complex data centres, commercial developments, and mission critical schemes. The ideal candidate will be technically
strong, confident working across multiple project stages, and
experienced in delivering large-scale or highly technical environments.
Key Requirements:
- Fully proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors,
Data centres, mission critical, commercial, industrial, or retail
- Large scale experience from other sectors will also be considered
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of RIBA stages 0-7
- Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
For Architects:
- ARB registration (or overseas qualified architect)
- Minimum 4 years Post-Part III experience
For Architectural Technologists:
- Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience
- Proven ability to work on large-scale, detail-oriented projects
