My recruitment journey began in 1995 in the IT industry, but in 2001, I transitioned into architectural recruitment to align my career with my creative passion. After 13 years at Faststream Recruitment, I founded my own business in 2014 following the birth of 2nd child. Over the years, I’ve navigated challenges like the 2008 recession, which reshaped the architectural industry, and the pandemic, which brought new perspectives on how we work and connect. Expanding internationally, we began recruiting in New York and Los Angeles, USA in 2020 and, as of 2024, in Ireland, UAE & GCC. In September 2024, we proudly celebrate 10 years in business.

As for life outside of work, while I’d love to recount tales of mountain climbs or epic cycling adventures, my true stories involve exploring cities with my husband & kids, countryside walks, theme park visits around the world, family getaways, music festivals, and the occasional murder mystery night with friends. Between a full-time career, housework, cooking, gym sessions, and rare moments to read a book, life is busy—but wonderfully rewarding with my growing business and cherished family.
