Our client is a 15 strong Architectural Practice, based walking distance from London Waterloo Station. They are looking to appoint an experienced Studio Manager to help support them with the daily running of the office.
Duties will include:-
Managing Directors diaries.
Managing all office service requirements i.e. deliveries, maintenance etc..
Supporting presentation documentation for Bids
Organising all events i.e. staff, client & CPD training.
Supporting the finance process in relation to invoicing.
The successful applicant will have held a similar post of Studio / Office Manager, ideally gained within an Architectural Practice or creative environment.
