​Planning Recruitment are currently recruiting for a multi-award winning Architectural practice who are now looking to welcome a Senior Chartered Landscape Architect to their team as their workload continues to grow.

As a Chartered Senior Landscape Architect reporting into the Head of Landscape Architecture, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from inception through to detailed design. The practice are currently working on a large number of projects, most of which are within the Residential and Public Realm sectors. You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring junior members of staff as well as liasing directly with clients and external consultants. Finally, you will also be assisting the Director to
win and manage new landscape projects.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Chartered membership of the Landscape institute (CMLI)

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience using Vectorworks and Revit is also desirable, however training will be provided.

  • Experience working on Public Realm and Residential projects in the UK.

  • Experience working across all RIBA Stages.

  • Strong design, technical design and construction experience.
