Planning Recruitment are proud to be supporting an AJ100 studio in the heart of Central London as they look to expand and hire a Senior Healthcare Architect with a passion for designing better environments.

Working from the London office, but collaborating practice-wide, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of Healthcare projects in London and other regions. The practice has recently secured a complex A&E projects and work primarily within Acute care, though they do have some primary care projects also. You will be working on projects of varying scales and types from sensitive refurbishment schemes to high-profile schemes of up to £100m in value. You will be working closely cross-practice with the Healthcare Directors who are well regarded healthcare specialists to drive the London healthcare offering alongside an established team.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working within the Healthcare sectors across all RIBA stages or have public sector experience but a passion to deliver healthcare projects. You will be an experienced project leader, capable of managing projects across all RIBA stages, dealing directly with clients and contractors and managing teams. You will be passionate about end user focused design and driven to improve outcomes. This is an integral role within the business, focused on driving the practice healthcare profile and managing an existing team. The ideal candidate will also possess BIM knowledge.
