Planning Recruitment have just been assigned a new position for a Senior Architect to join a nationally recognized multi-disciplinary practice, based in their Irvine studio.
As a Senior Architect you will work on your own autonomy and supervise a team of staff working on one or multiple projects. The role will involve delivering projects to completion including coordinating other disciplines.
The key criteria for the successful candidate will include:
Bachelor of Architecture
Registered Architect in at least one state with suitable credentials for registration in other states and over *10 years’ experience.
Capable of managing and supervising staff.
Construction Administration.
·A proven background delivering projects to completion.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
Desired skills, but not essential:
Proficiency with Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max, and Sketch-up.
Graphic and building design and conceptualization skills.
