Our client has won a range of projects due to their award winning work all over the world. As a result they are hiring a Project Director for their Dubai office who will oversee the teams and report directly to the MD.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Project leadership.
Project Planning.
Teams management.
Design overview.
Client Management.
Financial Management.
Quality Control.
Process improvement.
Regulatory compliance.
Candidate criteria required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
15+ years track record of successful project management in the architecture industry on various projects with reputed consultancies in the UAE/GCC.
Professional license as an architect is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to always meet deadlines.
Fluent in English.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Experience managing teams
