Planning Recruitment are currently working with an award-winning Architectural practice who are looking to appoint a Project Director.
Working closely with the wider studio, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects and project teams, whilst acting as the main point of contact for the client and representing the practice. You will also be responsible for assisting with fee proposals, mentoring junior members of the team, overseeing contract administration and leading Design Reviews.
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience:
7 years PP3 experience (or the equivalent)*
Experience working on high-end residential projects for private clients.
Experience leading projects across all RIBA stages.
Strong construction and site experience.
Experience in administrating and overseeing JCT contracts.
Experience managing junior members of staff.
Experience dealing with clients, contractors and external consultants.
A basic understanding of BIM.
