Planning Recruitment are currently representing a leading AJ100 practice with an excellent reputation in the housing sector as they look to welcome a Project Architect to their growing Manchester studio.

Upon joining the team, you will be responsible for leading large scale UK housing schemes across all RIBA stages. As specialists in the housing sector, the practice cover all types of housing projects be it private, affordable or specialist housing.

The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years’ post-qualification experience* (or the equivalent) working on large scale UK residential schemes from design through to completion. The practice will also consider those from a commercial project background. You must be a confident job runner and be able to demonstrate this experience on large scale projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills and strong technical abilities as this role will see you running projects throughout various RIBA stages. You must also be a proficient Revit user and have used it on live projects in practice.
