Our client, an 80 strong Award-Winning Architectural Practice are looking to appoint a HR Co-ordinator to support the Director of People & Development.
The role will involve all human resource responsibilities with an emphasis on:-
Hiring & inducting staff
Administration of the recruitment CRM. Managing job advertisements, direct / agency applications, being the first point of contact for all recruitment.
Supporting the Director with the development of policies & procedures
Supporting the Directors in the growth of the business and retention of staff.
CIPD Level 5 qualified.
Ideally a proven track record working in an Architectural or creative environment, but this is not essential.
Excellent communication abilities
