Planning Recruitment are currently supporting a well-known and highly regarded Architectural practice in Central London as they seek talented BIM Coordinators to support architectural project teams on large, complex buildings in the UK and overseas.
Reporting to the Head of BIM, you will be responsible for providing technical support and feedback to the senior management team of workflows, content, and training. Your responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to the following:-
Assisting with BEP, MPDT, TIDP.
Producing BIM Modelling standards
Ensuring compliance with project standards
Chair BIM project and team meetings
Provide wider project/design teams with support and in-house training.
Setup and management of project models
Production of 3D elements
Production of model outputs
Assisting in the preparation of COBie information and production of COBie deliverables.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience:-
Working knowledge of ISO10650
Experience with medium to large scale complex projects within an architectural studio.
An understanding of clash avoidance strategies and issue management.
An understanding of MEP & Structural coordination management.
Advanced knowledge of Revit & related plug-ins.
Knowledge of Dynamo, Navisworks, BIM360, ReCap Pro, BIMCollab, NBS Chorus, Rhino and Enscape (beneficial).
