Planning Recruitment are currently supporting a medium sized, leading architectural studio in Central London as they look to welcome an experienced Architect following a succession of work winning.
Upon joining the studio, you will be responsible for preparing and developing drawings, models, images and other documents. You will be working across all RIBA stages, on a mixture of projects ranging from small mews properties to residential led mixed-use schemes of up to £40million in construction value. The practice work on beautiful projects and pride themselves on their high quality, bespoke designs.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience: -
Part 3 qualification or the equivalent.
3 - 4 years experience or the equivalent*
Strong design eye.
Strong technical capabilities.
Demonstrable experience working accross all RIBA work stages.
Experience using InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Revit (Revit is advantageous not essential).
Experience working on small/medium sized residential or hotel/heritage projects within a small architectural studio.
