Planning Recruitment are currently working with an international practice who are looking to appoint an ARB/RIBA Architect to support on a number of commercial projects in Europe.

The practice have a well-established office in the USA and have fast become a market leading practice for their sector in London since its inception. They are now looking to appoint an Architect with approximately 5 years post-qualification experience* (or the equivalent) to work under the Project Lead to supervise the project team through RIBA stages 0 – 5 on Data Centre projects.

Responsibilities include:-

  • Working on all RIBA Work stages where needed.

  • Prepare drawings and presentations in line with the brief with the wider projects team, clients and external consultants.

  • Participation in DTM’s

  • Assisting with coordination

  • Attending client meetings

  • Using Revit and BIM360 daily

Skills/Experience Required:-

  • 5 years post-qualification experience (or the equivalent)*

  • Strong, proven experience working on RIBA stages 3, 4 & 5

  • Proficient Revit user with experience in coordination complex projects in a BIM environment

  • Strong technical detailing and construction experience and capabilities

  • Experience working on Data Centres is desirable but not essential. Well transferable sectors include Office Buildings, Warehouses and Airports.
