Planning Recruitment are supporting a well-established Architectural practice in Central London who are now looking to welcome an Architect to their team following a period of buoyant growth.
The practice are healthcare specialists, so you will join the company working on a number of healthcare projects across acute, primary and mental health care. You will be working within a design team, as well as managing projects independently with support from the Directors. Whilst healthcare experience would be an advantage, the practice welcome applications from Architects with other sector backgrounds as training and support will be given.
The ideal candidate will possess 2 – 5 years post qualification experience*** (or the equivalent) and be capable to work on projects of varying scales, building type and RIBA stages. Within this role, you will be expected to liaise directly with clients, design teams and oversee projects on site. You will be able to demonstrate a flair for design and strong technical detailing capabilities, as well as excellent Revit skills. NBS Chorus experience is also an advantage.
